  • Do you have any other range of football jerseys?
    Absolutely, we have a much wider range of products and are constantly updating our site to include them. However, we are unable to process all of them at a quick rate. If you are looking for a certain jersey, you can contact us, as we may have it available but it has not been updated on the site.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    A typical order would take around 7-14 days. Due to the products being exported directly from the manufacturers. Sometimes orders may be slightly delayed due to high demand from manufacturers.
  • How quick can you respond to my queries?
    We aim to respond within hours of receiving any sort of query. We are available online Monday to Sunday 24/7 during the day. Which is our USP of high quality customer service.
  • Can personalised items be exchanged or returned?
    Once items have been personalised they cannot be exchanged unless faulty. However, if the product does not have a name or number on it. We will absolutely accept returns!
  • Do you offer any other delivery options?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer different delivery services during this time.
  • Do you do worldwide delivery?
    Yes! We absolutely do. We deliver to every country worldwide at a free delivery cost. Please message for further details on how long it would take for an order to reach your country.
  • I have still not got my shirt yet, and it is over the expected delivery time. What do I do?"
    We usually inform all of our customers to wait an extra 5 - 7 days over the expected arrival time as the package may be slightly delayed in shipping. If you have still not received it after this time, please email us at superfootballshirts@outlook.com.
  • How do I return a item?
    If you would like to return a product, we are more than happy to accept this. Return postage must be paid by the buyer, and as soon as the product has been recieved to us. We will immediately refund your money to your account. Please note that a recovery fees is required for the jersey. Please note: Custom products are excluded from returns, unless faults discovered.
  • What is the return policy for purchases on Pure Football Kits?
    Our return policy allows for easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Contact our customer support for assistance with returns.
  • How can I track my order?
    Simply provide your email address or Order ID within the following website link. www.purefootballkits.com/track-orders
  • My tracking number starts with a specific letter. Which courier should I use?
    Tracking letters help identify the carrier: “L” – Use Track17 for UK and Worldwide orders. "J" - Use Yodel for UK orders. “W” – Track with Royal Mail for UK orders. “A” – Use Track17 for USA orders. “R” – Use Track17 for Worldwide orders.
  • My tracking shows that my package is still in transit. What does this mean?
    If your tracking status indicates that your package is still in transit, it’s on its way to the delivery depot or the country of destination. This status will update once it reaches a local distribution center.
  • What if my tracking shows the package has arrived in the UK?
    If your tracking status shows “Hatfield Terminal” or another UK message, your package has arrived in the UK and will soon be delivered to your address. Continue tracking for the latest updates.
  • My order says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
    If the tracking status indicates your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact support@purefootballkits.com so we can assist you further in locating your package.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for you. Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll process a full refund within 3-5 business days.
  • I entered the wrong address at checkout. How can I update it?
    Contact our customer support as soon as possible with your correct address details. We’ll update your information if your order hasn’t been dispatched.
  • Can I change the name on the shirt or adjust other order details?
    Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can make adjustments. Contact us with your requested changes, and we’ll confirm the updates.
  • My tracking isn’t working. What should I do?
    Tracking may take 1-2 days to activate. If it’s been longer, please reach out to us, and we’ll check with the postal service regarding your shipment.
  • I haven’t received my order, and it’s been over the estimated delivery time.
    If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We’ll investigate with the postal service to resolve any delays.
  • My order arrived defective or with an issue. What should I do?
    We apologize for any inconvenience. If there’s a defect, such as incorrect name or washed-out lettering, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the relevant department to resolve this for you.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by region, especially for orders shipped to African or South American countries, which may take 2-3 weeks from dispatch.
  • My order is shipping internationally. Will it be subject to additional customs fees?
    International orders may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. Prime Football Kits is not responsible for these charges, so please check with your local customs office
